ToneLab is available as a fully functional demo before purchase. We encourage you to try the demo in your DAW to confirm compatibility before buying. Because of this, and because digital software cannot be returned once delivered, our refund policy is structured as follows.
If you have purchased ToneLab but have not yet activated your license key, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

Once a license key has been activated, refunds are generally not available as the software has been delivered and used. However, we will consider requests in the following circumstances:
