The machine ID is a one-way hash derived from your MAC address, username, and computer name. It cannot be reversed to identify you personally and is used solely for license binding.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating our licensing system.
We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment and licensing platform. When you purchase ToneLab, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and stores your purchase record. Their privacy policy is available at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
The AAX version of ToneLab uses PACE Anti-Piracy signing technology required by Avid for Pro Tools compatibility. PACE does not receive or store any of your personal data through this integration.
License cache data stored locally on your device remains until you uninstall the software or manually delete it. Purchase records held by Lemon Squeezy are retained in accordance with their data retention policy and applicable financial regulations.
